Weird Dream

Hello I’m Mr. Mystery, and you’re about to see something that will blow your mind. I present to you the stories of Weird Dream.

Part I

“Braden? Braden?!” Collin said.  

“Huh, what?”

“It’s me, Collin.” 

I rolled over in bed. “I don’t remember going to your house,” I said. 

“No time to explain, just follow me.”

So I followed him. 

“What are we doing in your room,” I said.

‘’I’ll show you.’’ Collin pulled out the most beautiful diamond you ever saw.

‘’Where did you get that diamond,” I said.

‘’ I stole it,” he said.

‘’You what?” I said.

‘’I stole it,” he repeated. 

No … it can’t be … yep …I fainted an hour later.

I really woke up then. “Huh? What happened?” I said. 

Sirens blared. A car screeched in front of his house. Cops broke down the door. 

“You’re under arrest for stealing the most expensive diamond in the world!” the cop yelled. 

Part 2

“You must have confused me with someone else. I would never steal anything,” I said.

“ Yeah, and I’m the muffin man.” The cops laughed.

“ Really, I didn’t take it.” I said.

“ Yeah, and I’m wearing blue,” he said.

“ Actually, you are wearing blue,” I said.

“Oh well, still, tell it to the judge,” the cop said.

We drove to a courthouse because that’s where the judging would be held.

“You are charged with stealing the most expensive diamond in the world,” said the judge.

“But I—“

“Silence!” Yelled the judge.

“ Sorry, “ I whispered.

“It’s possible you are not guilty, but the diamond was right behind you and you were the only person at the crime scene.”

“Well, that’s what you think. There was a secret camera in my shirt that recorded the whole scene.”
